Vapor Tech manufactures and leases trailer mounted emission control systems for vacuum trucks. These systems consist of a liquid 'forced-induction' type liquid scrubber following by in most cases twin carbon adsorbers. These systems are capable of very high removal efficiencies (99.999%) until breakthrough. In most cases no utilities are required to operate the unit.

Vapor Tech's units are different from others' in many ways. First, our NOVAC carbon beds don't require carbon extraction service. Our unique design allows for customer to simply raise the units with a forklift in order to open bottom discharge valve. Strap on a carbon bag and open the large bottom discharge valve. Carbon can be emptied and replaced in less than 20 minutes!

Second, our scrubber units are designed for high flow and high contact time with our special hydrocarbon encapsulation chemical media. BIO SCRUB X has shown to remove gasoline vapors in the scrubber alone (not carbon) at 99.9%!

Liquid purge valves and large temperature gauges are just a few other ways that our units can out perform the competition.
